Leadership Team

At Bible Baptist Church, we believe in strong leadership that leads by example. Our leadership team consists of experienced and dedicated individuals who work together to ensure the smooth functioning of our church. Let's introduce you to our leadership team:

Pastor John Smith - Lead Pastor

Pastor John Smith is our esteemed lead pastor, responsible for providing spiritual guidance, preaching sermons, and equipping our congregation to live out their faith. With over 20 years of experience in ministry, Pastor John brings wisdom and a deep love for the Word of God.

Rev. Sarah Johnson - Associate Pastor

Rev. Sarah Johnson serves as our associate pastor, focusing on pastoral care and outreach. She has a heart for community service and ensures that our congregation actively engages in acts of kindness and compassion.

Ministry Team

Our ministry team consists of passionate individuals who oversee various departments within our church, ensuring the smooth operation of our programs and activities.

David Thompson - Worship Leader

David Thompson leads our worship team, creating an atmosphere of praise and worship during our services. With a beautiful voice and a heart for leading others into the presence of God, David ensures that our worship experience is vibrant and uplifting.

Rebecca Martinez - Youth Pastor

Rebecca Martinez passionately serves as our youth pastor, guiding and mentoring the next generation of believers. Through engaging youth programs, she fosters an atmosphere where young people can grow in their faith and develop a strong relationship with Christ.

Elizabeth Davis - Children's Ministry Director

Elizabeth Davis oversees our children's ministry, ensuring a nurturing and fun environment where children can learn about Jesus. Her commitment to child discipleship and her creativity in curriculum development make Sunday school an exciting experience for our young ones.

Support Staff

Behind the scenes, our dedicated support staff keeps our church running smoothly. From administrative tasks to technical support, they play a vital role in supporting our ministries.

Michael Johnson - Church Administrator

Michael Johnson efficiently manages the day-to-day operations of our church. He ensures effective communication and coordination among staff, volunteers, and members, allowing our various ministries to function harmoniously.

Susan Thompson - Office Coordinator

Susan Thompson serves as our friendly office coordinator, warmly welcoming visitors and assisting with administrative tasks. Her organizational skills and servant heart make her an invaluable asset to our church community.
