What to Expect

Our RCIA program is a journey that consists of several stages, each offering unique insights and experiences. 1. Inquiry Stage

In this initial stage, you will have the chance to ask questions, explore Catholic teachings, and understand the commitment involved in becoming Catholic. Our dedicated team of catechists will provide guidance and support as you embark on this spiritual journey.

2. Catechumenate

Once you have made the decision to pursue Catholicism, you will enter the Catechumenate stage. During this time, you will delve deeper into the teachings of the Catholic Church, participate in religious education classes, and engage in spiritual formation activities. You will also have the opportunity to attend Mass and experience the rich traditions of Catholic worship.

3. Purification and Enlightenment

As you approach the Easter season, you will enter the stage of Purification and Enlightenment. This period focuses on intense spiritual preparation, reflection, and repentance. Through various rituals and prayer practices, you will seek purification from sin and embrace the light of Christ, preparing for your eventual initiation into the Catholic Church.

4. Initiation

The Initiation stage is the culmination of your RCIA journey. It typically takes place during the Easter Vigil, where you will receive the sacraments of Baptism, Confirmation, and Holy Communion. This is a profound and joyous occasion as you officially become a member of the Catholic Church.
